Welcome to Cook with Somali. Today I am going to make broccoli paneer potato curry. Lets quickly go through the ingredients.
200 grams broccoli
1 boil potato cube size
100 grams paneer cube size
1 pinch of hinge ( asafoetida)
2 tbsps onion paste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
That’s all you need for the broccoli, paneer, potato curry. So let’s get started with the dish.
Boil water in a bowl once the water is boiled add little bit salt and turmeric then add broccoli pieces into it. And cook for few minutes then I will strain it.
Now heat oil in kadai once the oil is hot add cumin seeds. Stir it well. When the cumin seeds are crackle then add hinge mix it well then add onion, ginger, garlic paste. Cook until oil comes out. I will go to add tomato paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and little bit salt. Stir it well and cook for about couple of minutes. Then add boil potato, broccoli and stir it well. Now I will go to add paneer pieces into it. Stir it well and cook for about 5-6 minutes. Finally I will add 1 tbsp butter, chopped coriander leaves, mix it well.
Now Broccoli, Paneer, Potato curry is ready. Serve it hot with steam rice.
