Capsicum eggs / Bell pepper eggs
Welcome to Cook with Sonali . Today I am going to show you bell pepper eggs.
It is delicious healthy breakfast. So let’s have a look at the ingredients.
1 capsicum cut into rings
Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Red chilli flakes
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
That’s all you need to bell Pepper eggs. So let get started with the dish.
Heat tawa on low flame , once the tawa is hot then add butter or olive oil. Add bell pepper into It . And fry them one side for about 1-2 minutes. Now crack the egg into one of the bell pepper. Again do the same process with 2 nd bell peppers.
Even if the egg goes out of bell paper do not worry, we can slice them off
Now seasons little bit salt , black pepper and red chilli flacks . And cook it around 2 -3 minutes until it’s cooked well. Once it’s done then I will take it out on a plate. And serve with bread toast .
