Welcome to Cook with Sonali. Today I am going to make Egg less Mayonnaise. It is very easy to make at home.
So let’s have a look at the ingredients.
250 grams olive oil or any refined oil
150 grams whole milk
1 tbsp lemon juice or Vinegar
Salt to taste
That’s all you need for the Eggless Mayonnaise. So let’s get started with the dish.
At first we need mixture or hand blender whatever you have. Now I will go to add half olive oil, and left over oil I will add slowly slowly then add hole milk, lemon juice, salt. Blend all those things together until it turns thick. Once its gets thick creamy consistency then remove it in a bowl.
Now pour the mixture in a freeze safe container. You can use it 3-4 month.
See egg less mayonnaise is ready.
