Vegetable Fried Rice

Hi Welcome to Cook With Sonali. Today I am going to make Vegetable Fried Rice. It’s very quick and easy  to make at home.
So let’s quickly go through the Ingredients.

  • 1 cup socked basmati rice
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
  • 2 tbsps Sugar ( optional)
  • 2 tbsps Soya sauce)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Vegetables for the fried rice

  • Chopped carrots
  • Chopped red bell pepper
  • Chopped yellow bell pepper
  • Chopped green bell pepper
  • Chopped beans
  • Chopped green chilli
  • Green peas

 

That’s all you need for the vegetable fried rice. So let’s get started with the dish.

At first soak the basmati rice for about 20 minutes, which I had already done.  Now boil Water in a bowl add little bit oil then add socked rice into it. And let it boil until cooked. Once the rice is cooked I will strain it.

Now heat oil in kardai add chopped ginger, garlic and sauté for couple of minutes. Then add all the vegetables into it. Stir fry over high flame for about 2-3 minutes.

Once the vegetables are cooked then add Sugar, rice, soy sauce, vinegar into it. Stir it over high flame for about 2-3 minutes. Now Vegetable Fried Rice is ready.
